The mask that I created was based off a psycho ward mask, and a futuristic gas mask. Even though this mask is basically two sheets of paper, but I focused on how well the mask fits my face. Also, I added grates in the face of the mask, so it looks like it is partially a mental ward mask from an insane asylum. Not only does the mask convey a sense of danger by how the slits for the eyes darken my face, but with the excess paper I was able to perfectly fit the mask on my face without any strings or straps attached.
This mask is meant to help define the basic shapes and polygonal features of a human face. Also it establishes how symmetrical the facial structure of a human head is, so figuring out that facial structure will make this mask easier to create.
